Sign up with your email address online, in-store at checkout, or when you order online.

For every $1 spent, earn 1 point. For every 100 points, get $10 off your next visit with us. Points are added to your account automatically after your credit card has been connected to your account. If you’d like to add a new credit card to your account or if it’s your first visit after signing up, simply provide us with your email address upon check out.

When you sign up for our birthday rewards and you have a credit card linked to your rewards account, a $5 discount will automatically be applied to your order when you visit during your birthday month. If you do not have a credit card linked to your account or are unsure if you have a credit card linked to your account, you can speak with a staff member in-store who will be happy to help you. Note: birthday rewards are only redeemable in-store.

At this time, Urban Rewards cannot be applied or collected through catering orders.

No. Rewards cannot be collected when ordering through third party delivery sites. If you’d like to receive rewards when ordering online or for delivery, please use our own online ordering site.

If paying in cash, please provide us with your 16 digit account number or a copy of your QR code that you received via email upon signing up. If you are unable to find this email, click the “Look Up Rewards Account” button above to find your 16 digit code.
